Tann Moore, Founder
After earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Theater Performance (Cum Laude), Tann quickly delved into the professional Acting world. She began to see the influence that actors and actresses had on their audiences as they imitated life.  Tann decided to do something to ensure that her influence as an actress would be exercised in a positive way. Tann embarked upon a mission that would help to educate and equip women and youth to better understand issues and problems specific to women using entertainment-based education.  The hope is that women will increase self- love and effective communication while awakening the star within.

In addition to her long list of television, independent film and theater acting credits, Tann is the author of, “
The Cinderella Syndrome: When the glass slipper no longer fits, an instant hit and introduction to the world of Hip-Help™.  Hip-Help™, a term coined by Tann, is a brand new approach to self-help that delivers information using analogies, humor and other practical approaches versus traditional statistics and terminologies.  “The Cinderella Syndrome: When the glass slipper no longer fits” was awarded the 2005 Reviewer’s Choice Award for Best Nonfiction/Self-Help.

Over the last eleven years Tann has mentored and consulted women and youth of all ages all over the country in the Fine Arts and local communities.  She has conducted countless seminars regarding personal development, self-image and assertiveness.  She is the founder of Power and Purpose Productions, a non-profit organization designed to utilize creative avenues such as; role-playing, performance poetry, and creative writing to help youth showing academic initiative in the Los Angeles Unified School District, obtain oratory skills and exceptional public speaking techniques.
